So. Much. Angst.
I enjoyed this story, but there was just so much mentally going on. I needed more interaction. More dialogue.
I gave this 4 stars because I really thought the writing was awesome. It was pure prose, which floored me. I just needed to feel a bit more for the characters. I hated how pushy Brett was. I hated how much of a martyr Landon was. I honestly didn't love them together, either. I understood it, though.
More romance, more dialogue, just more would have been nice.
